A team-building seminar for faculty members and employees of ACCESS Computer and Technical Colleges was held last November 17, 2007 at Earthaven Team Building and Outdoors Adventures in Barangay Silangan, San Mateo, Rizal. The faculty members and the employees grouped themselves into teams: GREEN, RED and BLUE. Every member needed to overcome all the challenges as they worked as a team. Every task was timed. The members’ cooperation and support became the key factor for the group’s winning.

Tinikling, Trust Walk, Log Walk, Room on Fire and Pool Activities were some of the challenges the teams faced. The hardest and the most exciting ones were the River Crossing and the Mud Crawl.

The seminar gave a great and very unforgettable impact to all the participants. Through the said seminar, the participants were able to maximize all their talents and their strengths. At the end, everybody realized that each member plays a vital role for the school’s triumph and success.
