About 600 candidates for graduation, parents, mentors, visitors, and special guests will gather to witness the ACCESS Computer and Technical Colleges “27th Commencement Exercises” which will be held at the Philippine International Convention Center at the Cultural Center of the Philippines Complex in Pasay City on March 19, 2008 at 3:00p.m.
Yearly, everybody is mesmerized by the solemnity of the said occasion. Of all the attendees, the parents are the happiest persons on this very memorable day because after all their hardships, sacrifices, hard works, sufferings and patience, their children at last get their greatest inheritance – their diploma. The gift of education that every parent would love to give to their children is a treasure nobody else could ever take away from the only rightful owners – the graduates. Their diploma is their evidence of fulfillment and triumph.
Looking back through the years when the graduates were just striving hard to pass from one semester to another, problems, challenges, tortures, failures almost ate up all their confidence, but, through the able support of their teachers, school life became easier to manage. The love and hate relationship of a teacher and a student is a heart-rending drama that always plays an important role in the development and growth of a learner, as well as the teacher. Indeed, a wonderful experience that bears fruitful and positive results.
These humbling truths parallel the real life experiences of our guest speaker, whose virtues, character and principles in life are the key factors to his rise to fame and success. He is the Honorable Manila Vice Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso, whose life is a true inspiration to all.
